Hillcrest Trust youth programme provides a range of initiatives, interventions and diversionary programmes that relate to social & personal development, skills development and improved health & well-being. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter pages as programmes are updated regularly.
Club Active
As part of the Waterside Shared Village Programme in partnership with Irish Street Community Centre, we can offer this FREE after school activity programme for ages 7 up. Activities include football, basketball, team games, multi-skills, treats and trips!
Tuesdays – ages 10+
Wednesdays – ages 7 to 9
Return bus available – you must ring to secure a place.
Dance Workshop – ages 10+

Youth Justice
6 week programme for 14 – 16 year olds, Mondays @ Hillcrest House. Designed to teach young people how to keep themselves safe, the crime and youth justice system and the effects of crime on their communities.

Kids Drama with Mary D!
Saturdays at the Community Hub, Trench Road.
2 sessions – 11am and 12pm. Ages 4 – 8. £2.50 per class. Ring to book a place!
St Brecan’s Youth Club
The youth club runs on Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings with seasonal events added during the year. Contact Eamon or Enya for more info.
Summer Scheme
Hillcrest Trust offers a summer scheme for children living in the Top of the Hill area. 2018 saw the first cross community summer scheme take place in partnership with Irish Street Community Centre as part of the Waterside Shared Village project.
